The SlabCalc Concrete Crack Analyzer is a free, no-signup AI tool that diagnoses concrete damage from a photo. Upload a clear, close-up shot of a crack and the AI examines crack width, pattern, displacement, staining, and surface texture to classify it against six known failure modes: shrinkage cracking, structural cracking, freeze-thaw spalling, settlement cracking, alkali-silica reaction (ASR), and corrosion-induced cracking. Every diagnosis returns a severity score from 1 (cosmetic) to 5 (structural risk), a certainty percentage, a plain-language explanation, and a clear recommendation on whether DIY repair, a contractor, or a licensed structural engineer is required.
